Dolphins at twilight

Hey guys, it's been a while!
I was not able to post, 'cause my nails were ruined after removing acrylic nails. :/
So, it took them a while to recover...
Anyways, everything is okay now and I had some free time on my hand, so I decided to show you how to do this dolphin design.
It's so sweet, great for summer and not as difficult to do as it seems.
Okay, here we go!


Take a sponge, paint it over horizontaly with light blue, purple and soft pink nail polish.




Gently pat it on the nail. I suggest you stick tape around the nail, to make it easier to remove nail polish around the nail afterwards.


Apply one coat of clear nail polish to help blend the colours and smooth out the texture.



Draw a curved line using black nail polish.



Next draw same curved line above the first one.



Then fill it in.


Draw a flipper below.


And fin on top.

Lastly draw the flukes.


Paint the rest of nails purple and you're done!
